This is the Late Great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He is speaking to students at Barrett Junior High School in Philadelphia on October 26, 1967.

It is amazing how these words resonates even today!

“A building is not well erected without a good sound blueprint.”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. states that these are some of the things that should be in your life’s blueprint:

1. Deep belief in your own dignity, worth, your own somebodiness.

2. Determination to achieve excellence.

“Do it so well that the dead, living, or the unborn can’t do it any better”

3. Commitment of the eternal principles of beauty, love, and justice.

“The mind is the standard of the man.”
